I had an issue with my Wolf Range – the oven’s baking element stopped working, and the cooktop was having trouble igniting. I called for service, and they showed up the same day. They replaced the baking element right on the spot and even did a quick maintenance on the igniters for free. Everything’s working perfectly now. Kazim is knowledgeable when it comes to Sub Zero Refrigerators and Viking Ranges. My Sub Zero is 25 years old and going strong - better to have a knowledgeable technician maintain your appliances than buy a new model which is likely not designed or built to the exacting standards from the past. ~ Tom Q
